Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation
- Manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce.
- Research new potential markets and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation strategy.
- Target prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone, and conferences
- Nurture inbound marketing-generated opportunities into clients
Requirements
- 2 years of business development and/or sales experience focused on outbound software sales, particularly with cold calling and conferences
- Strong desire to move up within a sales organization
- Proficiency with SalesForce, Hubspot, Apollo, and other sales-tech/CRM SW.
- An excellent understanding of the multi-chapter membership organizations/nonprofit landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and exercise flexibility
- Creative problem-solver with strong research and analytical skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating strong communication skills
