We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) to take full ownership of Mapsly’s outbound enterprise lead generation function. This role is perfect for a self-motivated, experienced SDR who thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment and can operate independently to drive pipeline growth.
Unlike a typical SDR role that focuses purely on execution, this role requires someone who can strategize, test, and optimize outbound prospecting campaigns while working closely with leadership and marketing. You will be responsible for refining our outreach strategy, engaging high-value prospects, and creating a predictable outbound revenue engine.
Responsibilities
- Own the outbound lead generation process: Develop and execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Strategic prospecting & personalization: Use a combination of cold email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative outbound strategies to engage decision-makers.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and outreach sequences to maximize conversion rates.
- Lead Qualification & Handoffs: Identify high-potential opportunities and ensure seamless handoff to Account Executives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage CRM and sales intelligence tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach.io, Apollo, Salesloft) to track key outbound metrics and optimize performance.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Growth Teams: Work closely with marketing to improve messaging, positioning, and campaign effectiveness.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn networking, social selling, and targeted email sequences to drive engagement.
- Market Research & Account-Based Sales (ABS): Develop a deep understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICPs), industry trends, and pain points.
Key Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in an outbound SDR or B2B SaaS sales role, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in high-ticket SaaS sales or integration-driven platforms is a plus.
- Experience with account-based sales strategies is a plus.
- Strong ability to create highly personalized outreach and engage decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise-level companies.
- Familiarity with outbound sales automation tools (LinkedIn tools, Outreach.io, Apollo, Salesloft, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, experimental mindset—always looking to improve processes and results.
