Senior Project Manager – Agile Data Analytics Implementation (W2 Only)

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a strategic roadmap for fraud analytics within a government data environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing data analytics project teams, delivering solutions within an agile framework, and ensuring stakeholder alignment across a public-sector setting.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record of implementing Agile best practices and managing analytics-focused teams to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the implementation roadmap for a fraud analytics program.
• Lead agile process implementation for cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Provide regular updates and project tracking using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience managing data analytics project teams.
• Proven experience implementing agile frameworks within analytics or data-focused environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with or within government entities is a plus.
