We are seeking a Tableau Administrator & Data Visualization Specialist to support and manage our Tableau Online SaaS environment. This role is pivotal in maintaining secure user access, enabling scalable dashboard solutions, and improving data-driven decision-making across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Tableau Online SaaS instance.
- Define and maintain secure, role-based user permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau platform issues.
- Analyze user requirements and develop dashboards or reports in Tableau or Power BI.
- Identify operational improvements and automate data processes.
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses to evaluate solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of experience in Tableau administration, report/dashboard development.
- 5 years of experience in data management and database concepts.
- 5 years of data manipulation and cleaning techniques.
- 5 years troubleshooting Tableau Server/Cloud issues.
- 4 years managing user permissions and administration.
- 3 years as Tableau Online or Server administrator.
- 2 years developing dashboards in Tableau.
- 2 years of Power BI administration (preferred).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
