This exciting opportunity involves providing strategic HR guidance, implementing corporate programs, and developing initiatives to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with key business leaders, serving as a bridge between employees, managers, and HR Centers of Excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement people-related initiatives.
- Develop and execute talent management and development plans.
- Use data analytics to inform organizational design and effectiveness.
- Drive company-wide programs and initiatives focused on employee engagement and development.
- Provide strategic counsel and coaching to leadership.
- Maintain close relationships with business operations, Finance, and Talent Acquisition teams.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in HR, particularly in supporting Engineering organizations.
- Proven track record of resolving complex issues through creative problem-solving.
- Strong business acumen and subject matter expertise across HR domains.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Multi-national country support experience with VP-level internal customers.
