We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead and refine our Emerging Talent & Student Internships program, ensuring a high-quality experience for interns, their managers, and teams. The ideal candidate will have a balance of operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of what makes an internship program truly world-class.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of all aspects of the summer internship program, from onboarding to performance management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless onboarding process that sets interns up for success.
- Drive operational excellence in workflows for program participants or candidates.
- Coordinate programming operations and event logistics for onsite or virtual engagements.
- Partner with recruiters and cross-functional partners to facilitate tailored programming that meets the unique needs of diverse teams.
- Curate learning and development experiences that help interns understand the business, culture, and industry landscape.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the program.
