About the Role :
The Data Science team is expanding and is looking for a Group Data Science Strategist. We're investing in a Strategist with strategic product vision, sense, and execution in cybersecurity threats, machine learning, generative AI, and third party assessments. Your primary focus will be to understand and drive the requirements of our assessments and gen ai strategy, develop and execute roadmaps aligned across the company, intake, parse, and triage gaps, and set outcome-based northstar metrics for your domain. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Data Science Strategy.
What You'll Do :
- Work at the intersection of Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, and Product Management
- Work with our assessments stakeholders to gather requirements and needs to showcase CrowdStrike as the best cybersecurity platform and address any gaps identified
- Work with our gen AI stakeholders to gather requirements and needs to showcase CrowdStrike as leading the gen ai in cybersecurity domain
- Evaluate our posture against current and new threats and identify, define, and prioritize threat research models and engineering
- Gain deep understanding of our cybersecurity and gen ai models and apply your domain knowledge to work with our team on better assessment outcomes
- Be strategic and ruthless in your prioritization
- Be an agent of change
- Develop and execute our assessments roadmap
- Utilize your keen product sense to take necessary tradeoffs to establish and reach your northstar metrics
- Relentless focus on holistic company outcomes while delivering intentional customer value
- Create order out of complex environments

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $155,000 - $255,000 per year variable / incentive compensation equity benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
