Job Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Communications Coordinator to join our team. The starting pay for this position is $15.00-$17.00/hr depending on experience and education. Full-time employees are eligible for dental and vision benefits following a 3-month probationary period. While a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage mass homeowner communications.
- Create and distribute flyers and advertisements for events and welcome bags.
- Oversee social media platforms and advertising campaigns.
- Prepare meeting minutes and packets for Board Meetings.
- Responsible for quarterly Newsletters
- Assist with administrative duties
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools for creating flyers.
- Knowledge of social media management and advertising.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a dynamic schedule.
