- Collect and analyze student performance data from curriculum assessments, classroom activities, and state/district testing.
- Monitor student achievement data to identify trends and gaps in learning.
- Create detailed reports to support instructional adjustments and student intervention strategies.
- Assist campus testing assistant principals with the logistics, compliance, and administration of district and state testing.
- Ensure testing procedures and norms are followed consistently and accurately.
- Troubleshoot issues with testing platforms and provide technical support during test administration.
- Work with campus leadership to support a data-driven culture focused on student growth.
- Develop and implement action plans to address instructional challenges and close achievement gaps.
- Serve as a resource for teachers and staff in interpreting and applying data insights.
- Data-Driven Instructional Support and uses assessment data to drive instructional decisions for pacing and interventions.

The Quinnite School Network (QSN) Middle School Instructional Data Analyst will serve as a key instructional support focused on improving student achievement by analyzing and interpreting data across all content areas at the Middle School level. This position will work closely with District Coordinators, Campus TDSI and Leadership to enhance instructional practices through data-driven decisions, by providing targeted data that supports students achievement through Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).
