Role
The position will support the Program Manager – UAS Internal Pilot Program on both strategic and administrative projects assigned from the Tower Assets department VP and Directors.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in the evaluation of the Drone program tactical and operational strategies, and implement tools for standardization that result in cost savings.
- Assist in the compilation of an Internal Pilot Operational Playbook documenting how-to guides and standard operating procedures (SOP) for drone flight preparation and execution.
- Assist in the organization and reconciliation of drone flight data across multiple reporting and tracking platforms.
- Monitor and control project plan statuses to identify and resolve issues.
- Assist teammates in creating formats and templates for reporting and data visualization.
- Create templates for internal customer deliverables using Power BI programming (a plus but not required).

Education/Certifications
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher education institution
- Preferred field(s) of study: Industrial Systems Engineering
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June 2 to August 8, 2025
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, regular basis without additional sponsorship
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (M code and DAX knowledge is a plus)
Reports to: Program Manager – UAS Internal Pilot Program
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
Compensation Information: The hourly pay offered for this position is $19.50 per hour.
