What are the responsibilities and job description for the Charter Sales Manager position at UAS International Trip Support?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Charter Sales candidate to join our team in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new sales leads, fostering relationships with customers and industry personnel, and managing all aspects of charter flights from initial sale to post-flight formalities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the aviation industry. Additionally, we are looking for someone with an existing client database and a proven track record of generating new business and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop New Sales Leads and Network
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
Establish and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry.
Foster and Develop Relationships
Build and maintain relationships with charter clients and industry personnel to promote UAS brand image and generate new business.
Assess Client Requirements and Propose Solutions
Assess client requirements.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other service offerings of UAS.
Manage Charter Flights
Manage all aspects of charter flights from initial contact, through client requirements, to scheduling and post-flight formalities.
Account Management
Generate and manage client accounts.
Client and Operator Support
Provide 24 / 7 client and operator support to ensure business continuity and smooth charter operation.
Industry Monitoring and Competitor Analysis
Monitor industry trends that may affect business strategies.
Stay up to date on competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Marketing and Promotion
Be a brand ambassador of UAS with support to all marketing and promotion activities.
Timely Charter Requests
Attend to charter requests in a timely manner, using all available resources to find the best and most cost-effective solution for client requirements.
Skills and Requirements
Atleast 5 to 7 years of proven experience in Charter Sales.
Bachelor’s or similar degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, aviation, marketing).
Strong understanding of the aviation industry and charter operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
