Position Title: Drafter III or Sr Drafter*, Tower Operations Data Integrity Team (T3 or T4)

Role
As a Drafter on the Tower Operations Data Integrity team, you will join a team responsible for the creation and modification of telecommunication infrastructure drawings. You will create and modify drawings in collaboration with internal partners and ensure the quality of the drawings, support process improvement, and lead and support drawing-related projects.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
The pay range offered for this position is $29.42-$40.43 per hour. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

You will create and modify drawings in collaboration with internal partners and ensure the quality of the drawings, support process improvement, and lead and support drawing-related projects.

- Technical degree in Computer Aided Drafting or equivalent work experience and/or training
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
- 3-5 years in a CAD role in an AEC field is required
- 3-5 years working with AutoCAD is required
- Experience with quality assurance methods and practices is required
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD
- Experience working in wireless communications is a plus
- Process automation development experience is a plus
- Construction or surveying field experience is a plus
- Experience with 3D design, BIM, Civil 3D, and model creation from point cloud or photogrammetry models is a plus
- Coding experience is a plus
