What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Men's and Women's Golf Coach position at Crown College?
Crown College Athletics is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the Head Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach. This is a seasonal, temporary position. The head coach is responsible for the leadership, direction, instruction, supervision, and coaching of the golf programs and the oversight and development of assistant coaches. Responsibilities also include the overall administration of the program including but not limited to: compliance with all NCAA regulations, adherence to the standards of the college, budget management, academic support, scheduling, and the recruitment of qualified student-athletes. This is a Monday-Friday position, evenings and weekends as required.

REQUIREMENTS
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to the Crown College Athletic Department’s mission and values.
- A bachelor’s degree is required, master’s degree is preferred.
- Applicants must have golf coaching experience and while not required, previous experience as a college student-athlete is ideal.
- Knowledge of industry standards for equipment.
- Ability to engage with college and industry compliance and support services.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Previous coaching and recruiting experience at NCAA or NAIA levels is desirable.
- An understanding of and commitment to adhering to the compliance of all policies, rules and regulations of Crown College, the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference and the NCAA.
