Responsibilities include making necessary adjustments, repair, and/or changes to equipment and machines, direct and assist in set up equipment and changeovers, daily use of precision measuring equipment, use SPC and Process control, communicate pertinent information between management, co-workers, and between shifts, follow SOPs, Plant Rules, 6S Housekeeping, maintaining equipment and modifications of existing production standards to achieve optimal efficiencies, participate in plant Safety programs, attend shift meetings and participate as needed.
