Job Description
The Lacquer Spray Machine (LSM) Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear can jams in the LSM and upper conveyors to maintain a smooth production process.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness of cans, overall can quality, lacquer pressure, temperature, and copper sulfate tests on flanges.
- Complete and document required checks, including assessing metal exposure of cans, measuring lacquer weight on the interior of cans, and verifying lacquer film weight distribution.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other job-related tasks as required or assigned to maintain efficiency and quality.
