We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Maintenance Manager to join our team at Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall leadership and direction for plant maintenance team focusing on equipment reliability and uptime, facilities/utilities maintenance, and systems support to production.
This position requires technical expertise and knowledge of plant systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining preventive as well as predictive maintenance programs.
- Supporting internal customers in areas such as equipment/line audits, overhauls, and equipment conversion.
- Interacting with other members of the Company, Manufacturing, Corporate Technical Center, EH&S to develop strategies, resolve problems and implement solutions.
The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of manufacturing facilities/equipment related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisor/leadership position.
- Experienced in industrial hydraulic and pneumatic principles and their use on mechanical systems.
- Experience with Environmental, Health and Safety practices and procedures.
