The Process Engineer works closely with the Plant Superintendent to ensure the production of a quality product that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Establishing processing parameters that meet or exceed business objectives for cost, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborating with production teams and leadership to drive enhancements in productivity, safety, and quality
- Guiding operations in the evaluation of new production opportunities, improving existing operations, cost-saving ideas, and troubleshooting issues
