Crown Field Services LLC is a national provider of property preservation, rental maintenance, property turns, and renovation solutions for single-family rental (SFR) and multifamily properties. Our services cover routine maintenance to large-scale renovations, all focused on quality, compliance, speed, and communication.

Our ideal candidate can simultaneously lead our team of office staff and learn to oversee a large volume of SFR maintenance jobs. In this role, the manager will ensure all incoming jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards. This involves, building relationships with current vendors and finding additional vendors. Communicating the job scope to vendors and staff and following up on each job until completion. Additionally, the ideal candidate will ensure employees have what they need to manage their accounts. This role involves great communication skills, managerial skills, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing and assigning work orders to the local vendors.
• Updating work orders as needed.
• Building relationships and communicating with Vendors.
• Maintaining a network of vendors.
• Quality control of work done by vendors.
• Ensure timely closeouts on work orders by vendors.
• Delegating sections of the above responsibilities to team members.
• Follow-ups and check-ins with team members to ensure members are successful in their roles.
• Open to other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience working with Contractors & Vendors preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in managing a team is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation skills and have excellent follow-through.
• Experience with home renovations a big plus
• Property Management related experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with property damages is a plus.
