About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant 1 to join our team at our Atlanta Plant location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The major end result of this job position is to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, with all administrative tasks completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage their time effectively.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Responsibilities :

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Skills :

    The successful candidate will utilize their strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure that all administrative duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner. They will also use their excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients, and their proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create reports and maintain accurate records. Additionally, experience with SAP or other ERP systems would be beneficial in this role.
