Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the strengths, needs, and preferences of individuals with developmental disabilities.
2. Develop individualized support plans in collaboration with clients, their families, caregivers, and other professionals.
3. Provide direct support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings, including their homes, workplaces, and community environments.
4. Coordinate services and resources to address the diverse needs of clients, including healthcare, education, employment, housing, and social activities.
5. Advocate for the rights and inclusion of individuals with developmental disabilities within their communities and broader society.
6. Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust support plans as needed to ensure optimal quality of life and achievement of goals.
7. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client information, progress reports, and service plans in compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, educators, healthcare professionals, and community organizations, to provide holistic support to clients.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, special education, counseling, or a related field.
2. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a direct support or case management capacity preferred.
3. Strong understanding of developmental disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and other related conditions.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
5. Empathy, patience, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards individuals with developmental disabilities.
6. Ability to assess needs, develop plans, and implement interventions to support the goals and aspirations of clients.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for documentation and data management.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
