Your Role:
- Provide hands-on nursing care following the patient’s personalized plan.
- Offer pain and symptom management to ensure comfort.
- Educate and support patients and their families.
- Collaborate with our dedicated hospice team (RNs, aides, social workers, chaplains, and more!)
What You Need:
- Current LVN license in the state.
- 3 years of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license & auto insurance.
- A heart for hospice and the desire to make a difference.
