We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, facilities and caregivers This position will require providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist/Secretary will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience
- Proven experience in a receptionist or secretary role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service practices.
- Familiarity with Teams, Outlook, and office software is a plus.
- Experience in clerical duties or office management is preferable.
