Crown Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an Office Manager / Accountant with a related degree and 5 years’ GAAP accounting experience that will be working with the owner and the management team.
The candidate will manage the office handling various duties including bookkeeping, payroll, AR/AP, office organization, human resources, event planning, and other general office duties as priorities change and develop.
Ideal candidates are required to possess confidence and motivation, be results orientated, a self-starter that brings a positive attitude, common sense, and keen organization skills to the workplace. As well as excellent communication, customer relation skills, ability to handle a fast paced and changing environment, team player, and problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of an associate degree in office related fields or 5 years solid GAAP accounting history working with general ledger, month end reconciliations, & financial reports. Newly graduated candidates may be considered if they possess the qualities we are looking for. Must be proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office, and other office software’s, have strong organizational and project management skills with good memory and attention to detail, pleasant phone voice, excellent customer service, verbal, and communication skills.
