1st Choice Home Care is a private care agency dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care services for seniors and disabled individuals throughout Arkansas. The Office Manager position is crucial to the success of our operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly while supporting clients and maintaining compliance with company policies. This role will oversee administrative processes, coordinate office activities, and assist with client documentation to promote efficiency and a positive experience for both staff and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Serve as the main point of contact for administrative support, assisting staff with client-related processes and documentation.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assist with onboarding and training for staff to ensure compliance with client care procedures.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Track and organize important client documents, forms, and files.
- Coordinate schedules and support leadership in planning client-related meetings or office events.
- Assist with company-wide communication, ensuring staff receives important updates regarding client care.
- Monitor adherence to safety policies and ensure compliance with office procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and office management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle office challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an administrative or managerial role is preferred.
- Familiarity with client care processes and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
