Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining effective communication within the team and with external vendors, while also supporting budgeting and payroll processes.
Duties
- Manage office operations to ensuring efficient workflow.
- Handle payroll data entry for employees.
- Providing guidance and support to foster a productive work environment.
- Organize training programs for staff and employees to enhance their skills and performance. Help with Safety trainings as well.
- Manage calendars for Production Manager, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating events.
- Maintain vendor relationships.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and team members.
Skills
Excellent customer service skills needed. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office to maintain a calendar, prepare correspondence, prepare spreadsheets, etc. Possess the ability to balance multiple tasks with interruptions. Exhibit strong communication skills, organizational skills, and be detail oriented with a focus on results. Exhibit a high level of self-confidence, flexibility, integrity, honesty, ability to maintain confidentiality and have a passion for the work. Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing, and have the ability to interact successfully with diverse groups of people. Must be able to function with limited supervision.
