TITLE: Operations Support Specialist
DESCRIPTION:
- Learn and utilize multiple software programs.
- Work as a team player.
- Professional customer service and phone skills.
- Process various reports.
- Occasionally act as liaison with customers.
- Troubleshoot/resolve any necessary issues.
- Stay on task and focused.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be flexible, able to swap between tasks and able to cover as needed (shifts or projects).
- Work overtime as required.
- Able to sit/stand 8-10 hours and left 25-50lbs as needed. Along with being able to bench/reach frequently as needed.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Must have excellent computer skills and accuracy.
- Adaptability to different personalities.
- Respond timely to emails.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
- Maintain filing and paperwork as required.
- Follow all safety requirements.
