The Operations Admin Support Specialist performs a variety of diversified administrative tasks in the areas of manufacturing, customer service, quality and other clerical administrative tasks.

  • What Success Looks Like :

  • Participate in the daily POP team review meeting by posting / reviewing orders received in Trumann and resolving discrepancies as necessary. Assign a control number to each and note all appropriate information and order flow on control sheets. When changes or cancellations are made to orders, work with the appropriate personnel to locate the POP's or on the shop floor and document changes as necessary.
  • Communicate with the Insides Sales and Customer Service staff regarding the status of units being manufactured in Trumann, ensuring that they are aware of any changes made to due dates. Communicate via email to Inside Sales, Customer Service and AVS teams of any due date changes with each occurrence. Reschedule orders promise dates as required and communicate accordingly.
  • Process change notices, work with scheduler to retrieve pops when necessary.
  • Review and process all change notices from the Inside Sales & Customer Service staff.
  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of various spreadsheets for others.
  • Maintain all office supplies in appropriate quantities and order supplies as necessary.
  • Backup the Data Entry Clerk / Receptionist as needed.
  • Assist Shipping Coordinator and others as department workload requires.
  • Act as the IT liaison for the Trumann facility.
  • Meet or exceed the 5S goals for the Trumann facility within the area of responsibility.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or warranted by circumstances.
  • Your Credentials :

  • High School Diploma plus some specialized training
  • One year of practical work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to sit at a desk with a computer for eight hours at a time, with appropriate breaks at approximately two-hour intervals.
  • Ability to bend to floor level and reach 4 feet high, to retrieve and file various materials.
  • Ability to move around office and manufacturing floor to obtain information from others.
  • The hourly wage for this position is $21.50 an hour with the potential to earn an annual bonus.
