We are an extremely busy office and will ONLY consider candidates with prior experience. Training for the position is provided; however, we expect the new hire to have the necessary skills required for the position in order for them to keep up with the training program.

Responsibilities
- Communicate frequently with customers in both a sales and customer service capacity.
- Meet or exceed set sales goals.
- Utilize company CRM to provide proposals to potential customers.
- Follow-up on prior quotes and verify completion of prior agreements.
- Close sales.
- Review and reconcile sales reports ensuring accuracy.
- Source out new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Enjoys talking on the phone and is selling solutions.
- Creative with a problem solving mentality.
- Must be a clear communicator with the ability to connect with others easily.
- Should be able to function independently but also be a team player that shows dedication to the company and customers.
- Must have a G.E.D. or equivalent and a proven stable work history of 3-4 years with 2 years of sales.
- 1 year of industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Should be upbeat, positive, and motivated to achieve results and reach goals.
- Confidence and some competitiveness is helpful.
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- A welcoming and clean appearance with the ability to pass a drug screening test
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Outgoing, competitive, confident and is incentivized by commission.
- Computer Skills – working knowledge of Gmail, Google DRIVE, Microsoft WORD, Microsoft Excel, ServSuite, and the company CRM system.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Excellent listener and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Enthusiastic and possess positive attitude.
- Ability to provide proactive solutions to problems.
- Accountable and must have follow through.
Training for the position consists of:
- On-the-job training to learn the CRM, Sales process, and phone system.

The position is full-time. Compensation starts at $18-22 Per Hour_ base salary plus commission on all sales completed..
