They are responsible for assisting not only our outside customers, but our internal customers with their required needs. The Parts Sales Representative is the primary point of contact for the departments calls as well as walk in customers. They not only assist with customer parts needs but help to build a strong foundation with our customer to continue our working relationship for years to come.

Essential Job Functions
- Assists internal and external customers in person and over the phone.
- Prepares parts order quotes.
- Establishes parts availability and place parts orders.
- Receives and deliver parts.
- Maintains accurate inventories and organization of products.
- Stocks inventory and assist with merchandise displays.
- Matches invoices to packing lists.
- Maintains proficiency with electronic business system and other computer programs.
- Due to the ever-changing nature of our business, the essential job function of this position can and will change as well.
Position Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Ability to respond quickly, efficiently, and professionally to demands and requests from customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer relations and phone skills
- Ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflict
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Have strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of HBS a plus.
- Familiarity with Case IH and Kubota equipment and parts is preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time with walking, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, leaning and twisting
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Fitness to work in adverse and extreme weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in Parts Sales in the same or similar industry is required
- Class E or better driver's license
Candidate is required to successfully pass the pre-employment screenings which includes background check, pre-employment drug testing as well as driving record evaluation.
