Sales Agronomist Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain strong relationships with existing & future clients, all while enjoying the convenience of working from home.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and offer expert agronomic advice & crop planning recommendations to customers—without the hassle of handling operations or deliveries.
- Increase sales of crop inputs & related products to established customers with the added potential of uncapped commission, boosting your earnings with every successful sale.
- Provide expert agronomic advice and recommendations to help customers achieve their goals, positioning yourself as a trusted partner in their success.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, ensuring you’re always equipped to offer the latest insights and solutions.
- Prepare sales reports & forecasts to meet company goals, all while taking advantage of growth potential in leadership and specialization opportunities.
Sales Agronomist Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license & willingness to travel within territory
- 4-6 years' experience in sales within ag industry
- Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Crop Science, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of agronomic practices, crop production, & ag technologies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required & ability to learn/use Ag software
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
