Sales Agronomist Responsibilities:

• Provide agronomic expertise to customers, focusing on seed and crop protection products.
• Deliver excellent customer service through tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively support customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and organizational success.
• Little to no operations responsibilities.

Sales Agronomist Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, & willingness to travel within territory.
• At least 2 years' experience in sales within ag industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in agronomy, preferably with a focus on selling seed or crop protection products.
• Background in farming or agriculture is preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
