Salary Range: $180K -$210K ! - Depending upon experience and proven sales leadership.
Are you an experienced sales leader ready to drive growth in the aggregate materials industry?
Crown Resources, LLC seeks a dynamic Vice President of National Sales to spearhead the national sales strategy, lead a high-performing team, and drive revenue across multiple regions. Our client is an international company looking for an aggressive VP of sales to direct its national sales force.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ignite and steer the national sales operations with vision and expertise.
- Developing and executing strategies to expand market share and increase sales revenue.
- Manage and mentor a team of regional sales managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including large contractors, developers, and distributors.
- Analyze market trends and customers’ needs to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations teams to create customized client solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, positioning us as a leader in the aggregate materials industry.
Qualifications:
- A material science or mining degree with strong business acumen and operational knowledge. A graduate or PhD degree is strongly preferred, but prior experience is paramount!
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the construction or aggregate industries. This includes sand, gravel, crushed stone, and quarry materials. We want to talk with YOU if sand, crushed rock, and mining are your bag!
- A strong history of driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience managing multi-state or national sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the aggregate market and its dynamics.
