Crown Staffing is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable specialist for one of our companies in Mount Prospect, IL. This position is part time and temp to hire .

Hours for this position will be between 9am-5pm with 1hr lunch or 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm with 1hr lunch

Pay rate is $25-28

Qualifications needed for the Accounting Assistant :

Can communicate well via phone call, e-mail and fax with all parties

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Prior office experience

Experience with Excel, Word and Microsoft Dynamics

Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or business administration

Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service

Self-starter and self-motivated

As an Accounting Assistant you will be responsible for :

Maintaining vendor files and documentation in accordance with company policy

Review all invoices, issue PO#, and completing customer sheets

sending invoices and bookkeeping

Maintain Sales Tax table in the system and file sales tax return monthly, quarterly, and annually

Filing paperwork per client orders
