Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and bilingual individual with at least 2 years of warehouse operation experience to join our team as a Bilingual Lead. This role is designed to cultivate talent and help employees develop into suitable leads within our organization. Strong leadership experience is not required, but we value candidates who are eager to grow their careers and demonstrate proficiency in warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist in leading warehouse operations to ensure smooth daily processes.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of warehouse logic and workflows.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and PDA scanners proficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Act as a backup lead when necessary, stepping into leadership roles as needed.
- Maintain flexibility in work hours, supporting early morning or standard shifts as required.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of warehouse operation experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with WMS systems and PDA scanners.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varied schedules, including early starts (6 AM) or standard shifts (8:30 AM–5 PM).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to develop leadership and career growth within the organization.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $20–$23 (based on experience and interview).
