Crown Staffing is Hiring in Florence, KY!

Crown Staffing is currently hiring for multiple positions in Florence, KY! We are looking for Blending Operators and Line Support Workers on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM

Pay:

• Pay is dependent on experience (DOE).

• Blending Operators
• Line Support Workers

Responsibilities of the Blending Operator:

• Set up and operate production processes and equipment following established procedures and guidelines.
• Supervise assigned personnel to blend, fill, secure, and label containers according to company and/or customer specifications.
• Verify goods packaged against Job Production Orders and record data as needed.
• Make adjustments to equipment as necessary.
• Read and interpret Production Orders and instructions.

Responsibilities of Line Support Workers:

• Screw caps onto bottles.
• Label products accurately.
• Place empty bottles onto the line to be filled.
• Assemble boxes that filled products will be packed into.
• Regularly lift and move at least 35 lbs.
• Flexibly move between multiple positions along the production line as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attendance record and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (depending on position).
