Accounting Clerk

Job Summary
Crown Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of accounting principles and clerical/administrative experience. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for processing accounts receivable, performing general ledger reconciliations, and assisting with other accounting tasks.

Duties

• Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Prepare extended warranty remittance and process extended warranty cancelations.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
• Post accounting transactions into dealer management system accurately.
• Conduct 10 key typing for data entry tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or inquiries related to financial transactions.

Requirements

• Proven clerical or administrative experience is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in 10 key typing for efficient data entry.
• Strong skills in accounts receivable processes are a plus.
• Prior Dealership/CDK experience is not required but is a plus.
