JOB DESCRIPTION
The mission of the Service Business Development Center is to maximize and support 100% of all inbound and outbound service opportunities. This position requires individuals with excellent people skills.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide top quality, direct customer service
- Cover inbound calls promptly and with enthusiasm.
- Work multiple phone lines
- Schedule appointments for service department.
- Update customer’s address, phone, and email 100% of the time
- Make outbound calls to schedule Toyota Care, Recall, & SOP.
- Communication with advisors concerning customer needs, etc.
- Arrange pick-ups and drop offs for Touchless Service.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Must have excellent people skills.
- Must be organized and efficient.
- Must have strong communication skills and work well in a team environment.
- Must have working knowledge of computers.
- Must maintain a positive approach toward helping customers
- Must recognize that business is built on customer satisfaction
- Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and must be able to pass a drug screen test and background check.
Hours
- Monday through Friday; 9 am to 6 pm
- Rotating Weekends
- 5-day work week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
