Qualifications
- Experience in health care maintenance preferred but not required.
Essential Job Functions
- Preventative maintenance and painting consist of much of the workload, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Plan, develop, and direct the Maintenance Department. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, selection, discipline, and discharge of maintenance personnel.
- Forecast the needs to maintain a level of maintenance supplies.
- This position requires weekly on-call rotation.
