Social Sales Intern

Position Overview:

As an Event Coordinator Intern, you will assist our team with the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn about event logistics, vendor management, client communication, and day-of event operations, all while working alongside experienced professionals in the field.

Responsibilities:

Assist in handling administrative tasks, such as filing, email correspondence, and client follow-ups.

Assist the wedding team with day-of-event logistics.

Attend client meetings and provide support during event planning sessions.

Help communicate with vendors (DJs, florists, photographers, etc.) to confirm event details and schedules.

Support the setup wedding decor, ensuring all details are to clients’ expectations.

Contribute to social media content or marketing efforts related to weddings and social events.

Assist with post-event follow-up, including gathering feedback.

Not Required but Strongly Encouraged:

Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.

Passion for events and the event planning industry.

Ability to lift and move event materials or equipment as needed.

A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks
