We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a strong insurance background and excellent communication skills to join our team. You'll provide exceptional service, handle inquiries, and support employees and customers with product information and claims processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information on Combined products and services.
Handle high-volume contact center interactions with a focus on decision-making and problem-solving.
Maintain a customer-focused mindset and ensure service excellence.
Navigate multiple applications efficiently and manage tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Experience :
3-5 years in insurance or
2-5 years at Combined with claims process knowledge.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Previous experience in a high-volume contact center is a plus.
