What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Nurse Director - Trauma Program position at Crozer Health?
As a Clinical Nurse Director at Crozer Health, you will manage the human and material resources of the Trauma Program in order to provide quality trauma care and an environment conducive to staff growth and satisfaction. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the trauma program to achieve and maintain accreditation in collaboration with the trauma program medical director. You will coordinate all activities related to survey, oversee data collection, research, quality and education components of trauma program taking direction from trauma program medical director and hospital leadership. You will lead trauma program staff while ensuring integrity and reliability of trauma registry data to PSTF.

Requirements:
- BSN, MSN preferred
- Trauma Certification (ATCN/TNCC)
- 3-5 years relevant Trauma/Emergency clinical or quality/performance improvement experience
- 3 yrs. relevant experience in a hospital accredited Trauma program
- Licensed to practice in PA
- Microsoft office skills
- Data management/analysis
- Great communication skills
- Ability to lead and work with multidisciplinary team
