4- Bilingual/Spanish speaking (preferred but not required).

Home health scheduler/Customer Support Specialist . The responsibilities of this position include:
• Managing large amounts of incoming calls.
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Acting as an effective daily liaison between our customers and therapists.
• Use of multiple computer systems such as Axxess, Kinnser as well as our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) therapyBoss system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
