Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator/Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and engage our target audience. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters that aligns with brand messaging.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, transcribing, and typing
- Perform clerical duties including data entry
- Maintain organized and efficient office systems
- Support manager and staff with various administrative needs
- Maintain office cleanliness (sweeping, moping, cleaning countertops)
- Ensuring the office is stocked with all necessities and extras (let manager know when supply gets low)
- Ensure all products have name tags
- Assisting customers that come in to pick their stone along with follow-ups as needed
- Answering phone calls and taking accurate messages
- Assisting with inventory as needed
- Some Saturdays/month from 9-1pm helping with customer walk-ins.
Experience
- Previous experience in a role such as marketing coordinator and/or office assistant or office clerk is preferred.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, phone etiquette, and personal assistant duties is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this may enhance communication with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating compelling content.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.05 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
