Your Role: As a Direct Support Professional/Caregiver, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a comfortable home setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Encourage independence and self-reliance through mentoring and coaching
- Accompany individuals on outings and activities, such as shopping, bowling, or fishing
- Help individuals celebrate special events and holidays
- Provide emotional support and companionship
