As a 1099 contractor, you tell us the hours you are available! Ideal for individuals that want to work flexible or "unusual" hours, part time work, and just to supplement your income. **LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO WORK AFTERNOONS, EVENINGS & WEEKEND.**
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Relationship Building
- Engage with prospective residents to build strong relationships and understand their housing needs.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the properties we manage, emphasizing why it is the ideal choice for them.
Property Tours
- Conduct property tours, showcasing various units such as apartments, single-family homes, condos, etc.
- Highlight key features and amenities, addressing any questions or concerns the prospects may have.
Closing Sales
- Guide potential residents through the leasing process, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections.
- Close sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of the properties we manage.
Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to fair housing laws and company policies during all stages of the leasing process.
- Provide accurate and transparent information regarding leasing terms and conditions.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process, ensuring a positive experience for potential and current residents.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by prospects or residents.
SKILLS & QUALIFICAITIONS
- Proven track record in sales and customer service, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with fair housing laws and leasing regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- AppFolio software experience is a plus.
- Have a valid Colorado driver’s license with reliable and consistently available vehicle; and can regularly travel throughout properties.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful, but not required.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of experience working.
Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or a sales-related role is highly desirable.
Colorado Real Estate License (required)
