Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil and gas sector, with a focus on building customer relationships and promoting technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a multi-state sales territory focused on the oil and gas market
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strong customer relationships
- Conduct client site visits and field assessments to understand operational needs
- Recommend CRT Measurement Services' products and solutions that meet customer goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotes, proposals, and technical presentations
- Track sales activities and pipeline in CRM software
- 5 years of outside sales experience in oil & gas, industrial automation, or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of measurement equipment, valves, and instrumentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingsness to travel across TX, OK, and LA
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
