What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Flatwork Field Supervisor position at Cru Concrete, Inc.?
· Oversee daily field operations, including check-ins on jobs and job readiness.
· Manage call-back jobs, warranty issues, and educate crews on any issues.
· Communicate change order information received to the estimator and segment leader.
· Ensure all crew members are focused on safety, productivity, and quality.
· Collaborate with Segment Leader on foreman production statistics and foreman performance reviews.
· Collaboration with Segment Leader on training and development of crew members.
· Ability to provide staffing coverage in a foreman’s absence.
· Complete daily safety audits for assigned crews
· Assist with spot checks of completed projects as well as SOP audits as needed
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
· Minimum of 3 years field experience
· Knowledgeable of company safety policies and procedures
· Able to read plans
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
