What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Wall Foreman position at Cru Concrete, Inc.?
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned crew to ensure completion of jobs in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets.
- Assigning tasks to crew members. Train new crew members to work efficiently and safely.
- Ensure truck is loaded correctly with proper tools and equipment.
- Vehicle mechanical and safety inspection checklists are complete before starting the day.
- Organize layout, set up and concrete pouring.
- Ensure jobsite conditions for safety and job quality, notify Project Manager of any changes or issues.
- Leave the jobsite clean and orderly upon completion of work.
- Ensure Company tools and equipment are kept clean and in working condition.
- Complete all required internal reporting documents including a final quality review of all jobsites.
- Attend required foreman and safety meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Three years minimum field experience preferred
