About the Role:
The Sales Development Executive will assist with renewing subscribers and providing product demonstrations to new logo clients to help meet CRU Communities revenue targets. You will sell added value products including advertising, webinars and advertorial to relevant clients to help them raise their profile within the relevant CRU Community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations to help ensure new logo clients understand our product offering
- Build and maintain relationships with your renewal client base to ensure strong retention rate
- Ensure clients understand upsell opportunities
- Research new logos to help ensure continued revenue growth
- Subscription bad debt monitoring and chasing
- Sell added value opportunities to client base e.g. advertising, webinars, advertorial etc.
- Attend events where appropriate to help build your network of contacts and improve relationships with our client base
- Work with others in the team to refine renewal process and messaging
- Other tasks / projects as assigned by Senior Account Executive / Head of Sales – Communities / Managing Editor - Communities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1 year in sales, business development, or a related role.
