Job Overview :
Our client in Bessemer is seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role focuses heavily on electrical work but requires proficiency in mechanical aptitude plus welding skills to support plant operations. Key Responsibilities :
- Electrical Maintenance :
Troubleshoot, repair, and possibly install electrical systems.
Inspect and repair mechanical components such as conveyors, gearboxes, and pumps.
Support facility maintenance needs, including lighting and basic plumbing.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards.
High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical or Industrial Maintenance is a plus.
Must have 3-5 years of multi-craft maintenance experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment.
Pay range will vary based on experience $28-$34 per hour – some flexibility for the right person!
